The Provincial Council of Albacete held this Wednesday, March 6, an extraordinary plenary session with twenty-one points on the Agenda, to which were added the six motions presented by the different political groups.
In the Economy and Finance chapter, the two most notable points have been numbers four and seven, the first of these being related to the addendum to the Employment Plan agreement signed with the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha. According to the agreement of the four political groups represented in the Provincial Switzerland Phone Numbers 6 Million List Council, the workers of the Employment Plan will earn 900 euros, thus equating the salary of these workers with the SMI approved by the central Government.
The agreement applies to those who have been working within this program since last January, and after the agreement it will be the Board of Communities, (proportionally) this salary increase.
Regarding the Employment Plan agreed with the JCCM, the deputies have also approved the justification of the actions carried out in the 2017 financial year.
The Provincial Council will manage the funds and contract services
In order of treatment, the second of the topics of special importance addressed in the extraordinary plenary session was that related to the agreement signed between the Central Government, the Board of Communities, the Provincial Council and the Alcalá del Júcar City Council to repair the damage caused in December 2016 due to a rockfall.
With today's approval, the aim is to recover the area of the historic-artistic complex of the town affected by the landslide.
The agreement includes an amount greater than 2.8 million euros that will be financed by the Central Government (50%), Community Board (25%), Provincial Council (17.5%) and City Council (7.5%). The agreement also stipulates that the Provincial Council is in charge of managing the contract for the services necessary to carry out the works of rebuilding walls, improving infrastructure and the necessary protection measures on the slope.

Within the area of Economy and Finance issues, the treasury reports have also been reported in relation to the average payment period (PMP) relating to the month of January 2019, and which correspond to the Provincial Council and its Autonomous Bodies: Don Juan Manuel Institute of Albacete Studies, and Provincial Tax Management of Albacete (GESTALBA)
